At Élome, we want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:
- Unworn
- Unused
- In original condition
- In original packaging
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn, used, damaged, or visibly used slippers/sandals.
Items returned with signs of wear, marks, dirt, odors, or damage may be refused.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Élome is not responsible for lost return parcels.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding approval.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order is placed.
