Honestly, this is the question we get asked the most and it's such a valid one. Our sandals and slippers tend to run true to size, so we'd always say go with your usual UK size as a starting point. If you're right in between two sizes — like a 5.5 — we'd suggest sizing up just so you get that lovely roomy, relaxed fit that makes them so comfortable to wear around the house. If you do end up unsure after your order arrives, just reach out and we'll always do our best to help sort it for you.

Delivery can range from 5 days to 2 weeks depending on your location. We recommend allowing a minimum of two weeks for international orders, with some taking longer due to issues out with Élome's control. We offer returns within 14 days on non used defective products.
